I am a Junior at Purdue University studying Aeronautical Engineering in Technology with a minor in mathematics. In May 2016 I graduated from Wheaton Warrenville South High School (Wheaton, IL) with honors from the National Honor Society. Throughout my high school career, I participated in a couple of clubs involving robotics and volunteer work along with my rigorous course study. I completed all AP math courses that my school offered with perfect GPA score in each. These math courses included: Algebra II/Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus I and II (“BC Calculus”).
Outside of my current academics at Purdue, I enjoy participating in intramural sports such as soccer and ultimate frisbee. Staying physically active is very important to me to maintain a healthy body and therefore a healthy mind.
Why I joined Tutor’s Table: I joined for two main reasons. First, online tutoring is a great way to earn a little extra money for college and get good communication experiences. Second, I believe that the path to mastery is through teaching. I fully intend to master every area of math and that is why I enjoy tutoring.
